Terms of service.

These Terms govern access to and use of the NURVANA website, applications, membership platform, releases, member services and related functionality (Platform). The Platform is operated by NURVANA NETWORK PORTAL L.L.C. (Nurvana, we, us or our), a United Arab Emirates portal operator.

By creating an account, purchasing or renewing a membership, joining a release, submitting a sourcing request, attending an experience or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.

Nurvana is a private membership-based portal through which members may access a broader ecosystem of curated luxury, including private experiences, private sourcing, member privileges, cultural access and curated members-only releases.

Membership carries value independently of any particular release or allocation. Membership does not guarantee the availability of any particular object, access to any particular release or allocation of any object.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.

Membership is personal and non-transferable unless Nurvana expressly permits otherwise. Nurvana may restrict duplicate, fraudulent or abusive accounts and may require reasonable identity, payment, eligibility or compliance verification.

Nurvana may limit membership availability by geography, capacity, membership type or other legitimate operational or regulatory criteria.

Membership provides access to the Nurvana member ecosystem and the benefits made available under the applicable membership plan.

Public Founding Membership — AED 1,800 per year, paid annually in advance. Membership is offered following individual application review.

Standard Membership — from AED 200 per month, offered after the Founding period.

The applicable membership type, price, billing frequency and material terms will be displayed before purchase. Nurvana may introduce, withdraw or change membership plans for future purchases or renewals, subject to applicable law and existing express commitments.

Membership benefits may include private Platform access, private experiences, private sourcing, member privileges, cultural access and curated members-only releases. The availability, frequency, capacity and composition of individual benefits may vary.

A Founding Member who maintains continuous active membership retains the Founding rate stated in their accepted membership offer unless otherwise required by law.

If Founding Membership is cancelled, expires, is terminated or otherwise ceases to remain continuously active, the Founding rate may be lost and any later membership will be on the terms then available.

Temporary payment failure will be treated under Nurvana's applicable retry and notice process and mandatory law.

Membership is intended to provide an ongoing private-member experience rather than entitlement to any single product, release, event, partner benefit or service.

Nurvana may curate, add, change or discontinue individual benefits prospectively as the membership evolves. This may include changes to experiences, sourcing access, member privileges, cultural access and releases.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees a particular release cadence, event frequency, partner, discount, object, sourcing result or other individual benefit unless Nurvana expressly makes that commitment for a specific transaction or membership period.

Nurvana may make selected objects available through time-limited members-only releases as recurring Platform functionality.

Membership does not automatically entitle every member to access or join every release. Nurvana may determine which releases are made available to particular members based on the applicable release conditions, member relevance, stated preferences, geography, account standing, capacity, operational requirements, regulatory requirements or other criteria disclosed or applied consistently with these Terms and applicable law.

The objects, availability, timing, duration, frequency and eligibility conditions of releases may vary.

Being shown or notified of a release does not itself guarantee that a member remains eligible at the time participation is confirmed. Nurvana may require reasonable eligibility, identity, location or account verification.

Participation in a release is voluntary.

Where a release is made available to an eligible member, the member may elect to Join that release at no additional charge. No separate payment or other economic value is required or surrendered in order to Join.

Members cannot purchase additional release participation or improve their allocation position through additional payment.

Joining a release creates eligibility for the applicable allocation process. It does not constitute purchase of the object and does not guarantee allocation or ownership.

Nurvana may postpone, amend, suspend or cancel a release where reasonably necessary because of supplier availability, object verification, technical error, fraud or abuse, legal or regulatory requirements, force majeure or another material operational reason. Any consequence of cancellation will be handled consistently with applicable law and the release terms communicated to participating members.

Nurvana uses a deterministic, rules-based allocation methodology. Allocation is determined by defined rules and is not a random draw.

Where a release provides for one allocation, one eligible participating member will be allocated the object, subject to verification and these Terms.

Nurvana may use factors identified within its allocation methodology and Platform rules to determine relative member standing or eligibility. The methodology may take account of legitimate member, activity, fairness, integrity, operational or anti-abuse factors. Nurvana is not required to disclose proprietary algorithms, source code, confidential weightings or anti-abuse controls except where required by law or regulation.

Nurvana may update its methodology prospectively to maintain Platform integrity, fairness, security, member experience or operation. A change will not retrospectively alter an allocation already completed.

Participation affected by fraud, manipulation, automated activity, duplicate accounts, collusion, false information or similar abuse may be excluded or disqualified.

The member allocated an object through a release pays no additional purchase price for that object.

Objects offered through releases may be held, supplied and fulfilled by independent product partners. Nurvana operates the portal and coordinates the member experience but does not represent that it owns or physically holds every object displayed.

Product descriptions, condition, authenticity and fulfilment information may rely on information supplied by the applicable partner together with verification undertaken for the release.

Allocation remains subject to identity, eligibility, location, regulatory and fulfilment verification. If an allocated object becomes unavailable, cannot be verified, cannot lawfully be supplied or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Nurvana will determine an appropriate remedy consistent with mandatory law and the relevant release terms.

Delivery method, timing, destination availability, shipping charges, duties and taxes may vary by release and will be disclosed where required.

Members may request that Nurvana or its partner network source a featured, comparable or other requested object.

A sourcing request is separate from release participation and does not guarantee that an object can be located or supplied.

Sourced objects are offered for separate purchase at the applicable market price or other price disclosed before purchase. Applicable seller, condition, price, shipping, duties, taxes, returns and fulfilment terms are governed by the applicable Terms of Sale and disclosures provided before purchase.

Nurvana may make selected pricing, products, services, access or other privileges available only to members.

Member pricing and privileges are not guaranteed for every object, partner or service and may vary by product, market, availability, partner arrangement, membership type or other legitimate criteria.

A third-party privilege may be subject to the applicable partner's own availability, terms and eligibility requirements.

Nurvana may provide editorial content, private experiences, dinners, gatherings, community functionality and other member benefits.

Their nature, availability, frequency and capacity may vary. Experiences may be subject to additional venue, capacity, age, conduct, invitation, location or third-party requirements disclosed at booking or attendance.

Members are expected to respect the privacy, safety and experience of other members and guests. Nurvana may establish event, community or conduct rules from time to time and may restrict attendance or access where reasonably necessary to protect the membership experience.

Nurvana may operate referral, recognition, standing or other member-benefit programmes.

Eligibility, qualification, caps, rewards and programme rules may be displayed separately and may be amended or withdrawn prospectively. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, artificial transactions, manipulation or other abuse may be disregarded and associated benefits cancelled.

Unless expressly stated, referral or engagement activity does not purchase a release entry or guarantee access to, eligibility for or allocation in any particular release.

You authorize Nurvana and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for membership fees and other transactions you expressly approve.

Founding Membership is billed annually in advance and renews annually at the applicable Founding rate while continuously active unless cancelled before renewal, subject to the terms presented at purchase and mandatory law.

Any other membership plan will be billed and renewed according to the terms displayed before purchase.

Nurvana may use reasonable payment retry, reminder and grace-period processes where a payment fails. Applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed where required.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next applicable renewal and does not retrospectively reverse membership access, services, experiences, release participation or other benefits already supplied.

Except where expressly stated or required by law, membership fees and completed services are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, cooling-off or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination or suspension by Nurvana will not remove any refund or other remedy that must be provided under mandatory law.

Membership is personal and participation in the Nurvana community is subject to standards intended to protect a private, respectful and high-quality member environment.

Members must treat other members, guests, partners, staff and service providers with respect and must not engage in harassment, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, unlawful behaviour, misuse of private member information or conduct that materially disrupts the Platform, an experience or the community.

Members are responsible for guests they introduce to Nurvana experiences where guests are permitted.

Nurvana may publish reasonable community, event, privacy, photography or conduct rules and may take proportionate action where those rules are materially breached.

You must not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, scrape or automate participation without permission, manipulate allocations or eligibility, impersonate another person, infringe rights, submit unlawful content or engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

You must not attempt to circumvent geographic, membership, eligibility, security, account, anti-abuse or regulatory controls.

Nurvana may suspend or terminate an account or membership for material breach, fraud, abuse, payment default, legal or regulatory requirements, safety or security concerns, misuse of release mechanics, or conduct materially harmful to the Platform, members or partners.

Where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate, Nurvana may provide an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.

Termination of membership may result in loss of access to member-only Platform functionality and future releases. Treatment of any pending genuine purchase transaction will be governed by the applicable transaction terms and mandatory law.

The Platform may involve independent suppliers, product partners, logistics providers, payment processors, event venues, authentication providers and other third parties.

Third-party goods, services and privileges may be subject to separate terms. Nurvana is not responsible for independent third-party acts or omissions beyond the extent for which Nurvana is legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Platform and its original content, branding, design, software, editorial materials, data compilations and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Nurvana.

Members receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose while complying with these Terms.

nurvana is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with any third-party brand whose products may be featured on the Platform, unless expressly stated otherwise. All third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, product imagery and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes. References to or display of a brand or its products do not imply that the brand has authorized, authenticated, sponsored or endorsed nurvana, the Platform or any object made available through it.

Nurvana processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Platform may use member preferences, Platform activity and other permitted data to personalize the member experience, curate relevant content and releases, administer eligibility, operate the Allocation Framework, prevent abuse and fulfil legal or regulatory requirements.

Applicable privacy rights and safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy.

Nurvana may develop, update, replace or discontinue features, benefits or functionality.

This right will not be used to retrospectively remove a material benefit already purchased where doing so would violate law or an express contractual commitment.

Platform availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failure, third-party systems, supplier issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside Nurvana's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an as-available basis.

Nurvana does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular release cadence, eligibility for any particular release, allocation, sourcing success, availability of a particular privilege or experience, resale value, investment value, future market price or continued availability of any particular object or benefit.

Editorial content is informational and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted, Nurvana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss arising from matters outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted, aggregate liability arising from membership or the Platform is limited to amounts paid by the member to Nurvana during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law or specific Terms of Sale require otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Nurvana against losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from unlawful Platform use, fraud, intentional misconduct, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Nurvana or incapable of lawful allocation to you.

Nurvana may send service communications necessary to administer accounts, memberships, payments, releases, sourcing requests, allocations, experiences, security and these Terms.

Marketing communications are handled under applicable law and your preferences.

Nurvana may update these Terms for changes to the Platform, membership, law, regulation, security or business operations.

Material changes affecting active memberships will be communicated as required by law and take effect prospectively.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be displaced.

The courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights available under applicable law.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.

Nurvana may assign these Terms as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, sale or transfer where permitted by law. Members may not assign rights or obligations without Nurvana's written consent except where law provides otherwise.

These Terms, together with the applicable Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy and any specific release, experience, sourcing or transaction terms expressly accepted by the member, constitute the relevant agreement between the member and Nurvana.
