The precise lawful basis may vary according to the processing activity and jurisdiction.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it as provided by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal.
07 / PERSONALISATION, RELEASE CURATION AND ALLOCATION
Nurvana may use stated preferences, Platform activity and other permitted member information to personalize the Platform and to determine which editorial, products, experiences, privileges or releases may be relevant to a member.

Nurvana's deterministic Allocation Framework may process eligible member information and Platform activity associated with participating members to determine allocation outcomes according to defined rules.
The Allocation Framework is rules-based rather than random. Nurvana may also use automated systems to identify fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulation, security threats or other activity affecting Platform integrity.
Where applicable law provides rights relating to automated decision-making or profiling, Nurvana will provide the information, safeguards, review or means of objection required by that law.
Nurvana may protect proprietary algorithms, confidential weightings, source code and anti-abuse controls except to the extent disclosure is required by law or regulation.
